How much does a photo booth rental cost?
Starting prices are $400 for the Classic Photo Booth, $575 for Roaming Photography and $795 for Signature GLAM. Your final quote depends on your date, location, time needed and any enhancements, and I'll send it after you tell me about your event.
What is included with a Classic Photo Booth?
A photographer-operated booth with professional camera and lighting, delivery, setup and breakdown, props and a backdrop, a digital gallery, boomerangs, GIFs, custom messages and touchscreen photo-style options. Designs are customizable to your event.
What is the difference between Classic, Roaming and GLAM?
Classic is the photographer-operated booth. Roaming Photography is a professional roaming photo service (sometimes searched as a roaming photo booth): a photographer moves throughout your event capturing guests and special moments, with digital delivery and optional sharing and printing. Signature GLAM creates elegant black-and-white portraits with studio-style lighting and includes the Live Photo Wall.
Are professional prints included?
Printing is optional and is not part of the standard digital Classic package. When printing is added, each person photographed receives one 4x6 print per photo session, and everyone in a group photo gets their own copy.
What is the Live Photo Wall?
A screen that displays event photos for guests to enjoy during the celebration. It is included with Signature GLAM and available as an optional add-on with the other experiences.
Can we customize our props, backdrops and photo designs?
Yes. You can choose styles and items you love and I can source them for your event, from custom prop collections and personalized acrylic signs to specialty backdrops and photo templates. Special requests are subject to advance notice, supplier availability and additional charges.
Does a professional photographer operate the booth?
Yes. A real photographer is on-site the entire time, guiding poses and keeping lighting and image quality right, so it's more than a rented machine.
Can guests receive photos instantly?
Digital sharing is part of the Classic experience, and guest sharing is part of Roaming Photography. I can also add Instant Guest Photo Access to event photography coverage; that is a separate add-on with custom pricing.
How much space and power does the booth require?
The booth needs a level spot near a standard electrical outlet, with room for guests to pose in front of the backdrop. Tell me about your venue and I'll confirm what's needed for your setup.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can, especially for weekends and peak season. I'll always try to fit last-minute requests when my schedule allows. Send a request and I'll respond as soon as possible.
