I come to you. Every headshot session is on-location — I bring a portable studio-style setup with professional lighting and a clean background to your office, home, or chosen location. No studio visit required, which makes team headshots especially easy since no one has to travel.
Do you offer team and company headshots?
Yes — team and company headshots are one of my most popular bookings. I set up at your office and photograph everyone in a single session, so your whole team gets consistent, matching headshots for your website and LinkedIn. Team pricing is provided with your personalized estimate.
What should I wear for my headshot session?
Solid colors in neutrals or your brand palette work best — they keep the focus on your face. Avoid busy patterns, large logos, and anything too trendy. Bring a couple of outfit options so we have variety to choose from. For team headshots, I'll help you coordinate a consistent look across the group.
How long does a headshot session take?
An individual headshot session usually takes about 20–30 minutes, including setup, a few looks, and reviewing photos together as we shoot. Team bookings take longer depending on the number of people — I'll give you a time estimate when you tell me about your team.
How fast is the turnaround?
Standard individual headshots are delivered within 48 hours of your session. Personal Branding sessions are delivered within 5 business days after you select your images, and team session delivery timing is confirmed at booking based on the size and requirements of the assignment. You'll select your final images, I handle retouching on those selects, and your finished headshots are ready within that window. Rush turnaround is sometimes available — just ask when you book.
Do I get the digital files from my headshot session?
Yes — your final, retouched headshots are delivered as high-res digital downloads, included with your session. You get full-resolution files ready for LinkedIn, your website, press, and any other use.
